Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping throughout India with delivery within 2-4 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We provide free shipping PAN India for orders above Rs.499/- with no additional tax or charges.

Shipping Destinations

Covered areas: We ship throughout India. We do offer international shipping options as well.

Order Processing Time

Processing time: Your order will typically be processed within a business day before shipment. Please allow additional time for custom orders or during peak seasons.

Once the order is received the order is processed within the next 24 hours.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Order confirmation: You will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track the status of your package once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Process & Re-attempts

Recipient availability: In the event that the recipient is not available at the delivery address, our courier partner may contact them to arrange for a re-attempt on a suitable date. If our courier partner is unable to reach the recipient, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Delivery address changes: If you wish to change or modify the delivery address, kindly inform us within 4 hours of placing the order to facilitate the necessary updates.

Cancellation Policy (related to Shipping)

Free cancellation: Please note that free cancellation is available before the order is dispatched. However, if the order has already been dispatched, cancellation charges may apply.

Shipping Restrictions

Unserviceable locations: We reserve the right to cancel an order if the delivery address is in an unserviceable location. - grammar check
